    The Texas Mediation Trainers Roundtable is a guild of professional mediators and trainers. Since 1992, the TMTR has promulgated standards for training and promoted training methodologies to ensure the quality of mediation in Texas.

    The Texas Mediation Trainers Roundtable establishes and communicates standards and best practices for mediation training and trainers to promote the highest degree of professionalism, integrity, creativity and quality of mediation in Texas.

Membership Requirements

The Association [TMTR] shall have one class of members.  Members must meet the following qualifications for membership:  applying for membership in the Association by meeting such qualifications, completing such forms, and paying such membership fee or fees as shall from time to time be designated by the Council of Directors.  Specifically, a Member qualifies by having an interest in mediation training and endorsing and employing the Association’s standards for training in developing and delivering training in mediation.
