Vicki Knudsen: "Show Me, Don't Tell Me"
Thursday, February 22, 2007, the day before the Texas Association of Mediators 2007 Conference, TMTR sponsored their annual Train the Trainer workshop. The emphasis this year was on activities designed to get training participants active in the training process.

Vicki Knudsen, is a labor mediator with the Montana Department of Labor and is a veteran trainer. She presented her fun and engaging workshop: "Show Me, Don't Tell Me." There were "walk around" activities in which participants were asked to categorize and apply different ADR processes. There were DVDs such as video segments of commercials and classic comic films such as Abbott and Costello.
